    For what it's worth...
    The SEC specifically mentioned that a broker had a large short position on $GTII that they were deficient on and most likely unable to close
    Sooo...$2 and back to $0.70 again?
    WHo knows...maybe this time it moons.

    It's a worthless company with 2 employees but as long as they are solvent they survive and they just got $3M in capital from the warrants exercised so I have to believe based on the 10K's they've filed in the past that that's enough money to keep them in business for 30 years :)

    $JNJ found out the hard way you can't just spin off a liability and then declare bankruptcy for it...
    You have to do it the right way...Like Dow dupont did with Chemours...You get ahead of the liability by spinning off the group BEFORE the litigation...It seems on paper that $CC exists to fold in an eventual teflon/stainmaster mega lawsuit...
