Front skid plate, running boards, camper shell, bed rug mat, Thule rack, Wolf 1/2inch spacers.
One other way of doing this is to insert a hacksaw blade through the middle of the bushing where the bolt goes. Cut through the middle part, through the rubber, then through the outer shell. Then just tap the bushing out with a hammer. It will tap out really easy once you are through the outer shell.

Just used info on this thread to switch out bushings on front and shackles of leaf springs.
Running OME Dakar HD (ELO96Rs) for about 50k miles on my 2019 TRD OR and they were insanely squeaky... ran the gamut on squeak remedies to no avail and just bit the bullet and ordered bushings and grease-able pins.
Went with Dobinson's for both, and after a trip to Autozone for the bearing press kit and breaking out the air compressor and impact I made pretty quick work of it. Nice little Sunday afternoon. Took the rig out for a test drive and she's silent!
Thanks for all the input here, made a daunting task really digestible.

    my method:
    - jacked truck up onto big stands and used floor jack/small stand to manipulate/support axle, one side at a time
    - tried keeping leafs on and it was a pain in the dick on drivers side so i ended up just pulling the whole thing off, especially knowing the exhaust would be in the way on passenger side.
    - pressed out inner sleeve with bearing press then drilled some holes in old bushings + heated with MAPP torch and a pair of vice grips got em out.
    - cleaned the eyes out with a wire brush and greased/installed bushings
    - second set of hands helps get the leafs back on perch quickly
    - hand tightened the U bolts, easily realigned and bolted shackles
    - front bushing took some extra work, used pickle fork wedged above bushing to maneuver/align — ratchet strap also came in handy to pull axle forward a tad after rear shackles were in.
    - reinstalled wheels and torqued to spec with springs under the weight of the truck
*pickle fork came in handy throughout the project, paired with a hammer and got the original bolts out real quick during disassembly*

    All thanks to y'all!

Where are y'all getting your new poly bushings? I'm on my second set and I think they're due for a replacement. The internals seem to get stretched and then the sleeve is allowed to bang around in the larger opening.

Got my bushings and greaseable pins from. Dobinsons.
A lot of people look to Energy Suspension for their bushings.
If yours are banging/moving around to the point of deteriorating you might want to check the size, they should be pretty damned snug.

It's the sleeve (that comes with the bushing) that goes through the bushing itself. It starts snug but then wallows out the bushing. Which is wild, I know. It's like they stretch.

Specifically, this is the front bushing on OME dakar leafs.

Ive seen cased bushings on jeeps get worn down to just the sleeve… never on a Taco.
How quickly are they wearing through?

Here are some pictures of the last ones. No idea what the current ones look like but I suspect they are on their way to looking similar. Last time I replaced them was 4 years ago.

PS: Yes, I had to cut the bolt on one last time because the movement apparently bent the bolt inside one of the hangers and it was a super bitch to get out.
