    Anti Theft tail gate mod, Locking gas cap, Tint, Flash Light on seat,TSB rear springs, OME 884 springs, 5100 shocks Eye lids.
    This has happened 3x now!. I just started to make a turn and midway through the turn the truck paused as I pressed the pedel then suddenly it leaps forward. My wife, head snaps back. She is okay, Has this happened to anyone?

    Never had that problem. It does have the common sudden lunge when stopped at a light.

    never had it happen in the tacoma. i do have it lung when i acclerate sometimes. i have had that problem in my dads old car though.

    If I had the A/C on, that could explane it but the A/C and the heater was off at the time.

    I've had the same thing happen. I can't remember it happening after the transmission flash though.

    It only seemed to happen when driving forward after shifting to D from R.
