1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

I am still running the ome 906 coils that I got from @Kwikvette paired with the SAWs up front it sits level. I had to weld on the panhard bar spacers, ever time I hit a bump the back got a little loose.

 

Nice thing is it's super easy working on the rear





Was definitely a bit of a pain squeezing the OME 890's in though whereas the 906 easily went in.

Any opinions on Hankook? Can get these for a good deal at Wally World (like $160 ea). Never run Hankooks before myself

 

that's for sure, only issue was getting the bolts off the top of the old shocks. they were rusted on pretty tight.

I twisted mine off by hand.



I'm 99% sure he'll be able to do the same since the truck was really clean underneath; no rust at all and absolutely no signs of it being rattle canned either.

Nice I do a good spring clean on the frames after the season. I got a frame inspection letter from Toyota for the 2nd gen. I should go do it.

The stupid people are here every weekend and this season has been far worse. April can't come soon enough.
