I am not sure what this green wire goes to. I was wondering if anyone could help me. It was hanging down below the bed.

    Welcome to the Forum !!

The year really helps and the drive train to help trouble shot your issues.

Some years the green Wire is the tail light wire.

Any lights no longer working ?

    After market lights removed??

could be a remnant of a trailer wire harness

usually the green wire taps into the right turn signal
