I've reached out to sos trading company with no response so far.
Amazon already refunded my money. Now what?

So werid too. Just hours earlier I decided to remove my bed rack I made for it cause I'll never use it. Werid.....

Nothing is for free in this world. Next week if I don't get a reply from sos trading company I'm going to call Amazon to see what to do about it. DHL did not want any money either for the delivery . .... Strange.

It's definitely resolved. I've had refunds from Amazon and the product shows up 1 month later. There's nowhere for it to go

 

Yes it's sos I did not know they shut down

 

I don't know if they are the same company. SOS Off Road were a small metal fab company in the US. It's a total change of direction for them to become importers of Tents etc. from China. It's not impossible, but I'd be surprised if they were the same people.

BTW, I'm one of the people who got the shaft from SOS Off Road. Granted I got off lightly compared to some others. I ordered a set of skid plates from them, and they did arrive, but they did not fit. This was part of their quality control issues. I was told they would send me a replacement and never received anything. I tried to contact them many times with no reply. I finally gave up and modified the skid plate myself.

 

Sos trading company e mailed me wanting a picture of the box. I sent it to them. Interesting..

 

it sounds like SOS's and Amazon's problem and not yours.
enjoy your new cardboard box with nothing in it.
even if you return it, Amazon Trashes the majority of returns. especially if the "company" folded. Nothing you can do, better to keep that "trash" on your bed rack going forward.


Source: a good buddy of mine worked in the Amazoom warehouse for 2 years during school and told me his fair share of horror stories.
