remote start on 05 tacoma 6speed

    i would like to install a remote start security system on my truck this one actually ScyTek Astra 4000RS i wanted to know if it will work with it being a manual??

    you can cut a broom handle to the perfect lenght to wedge between the clutch pedal to the floor and to the front of the seat to hold the clutch pedal down so the remote start will work

    one of my old pickups I had a broom handle to hold the gas pedal down cause it wouldn't idle when cold, and I had a small tree branch in the bed I used as my gas guage by sticking it down the filler and using it like a dipstick

    crap bolted and welded together....
    they have a long time ago, i put one it YEARS ago for a manual. Their are steps you have to do before you can tell it you want to remote start so the brain unit knows its not in gear.

    Just bypass the neutral safety switch. DON'T FORGET TO KEEP IT OUT OF GEAR CAUSE YOU BE CHASING IT DOWN THE STREET. In my old car I left in gear and it took out the bushes.
