As a "southerner" compared to all you Yetis that live in the northmost icelands I'm curious now too What are the other stereotypes? Shooting signs, yeah...these the same fellas that roll coal, keep their dog out on the back 40 in a cardboard box leashed on a chain, constant chaw/dip?

    Good!

I've always viewed it more as a quasi compliment - figuring out how to do things or make things work with what you have.

Very rusty, and I mean rusty Dodge or Chev (can't afford a diesel...). Bear dogs in the back. Camo wardrobe and a 30k sidebyside...

Well, looks like I'm going with ARE. $400 cheaper than Leer for the options I want. Still stupid expensive but such is the way of things now days.

I still say you need to take a road trip. Bet you could get this guy down to $2k or maybe even less, it's even got the Thule roofbars too. It's about 2k miles round trip which is $3-400 in fuel, and gets you a nice little vacation out of the cold.

My brother lives there and has been trying to get me to move down for years, but I like the change of seasons including the cold, hell I made over $400 sat nite.

Honestly, it is a little bit tempting but when I'm already paying that much I would rather pay a bit more and get new with a warranty plus professional installation not to mention the logistics of it turn me off. (Having to use vacation, and having to put faith in a stranger that far away to make himself available at an agreed upon time as well as helping properly install it) now if he was selling it for like a thousand that would change everything

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Lotta examples in/around Crandon, right @Larry Dangerfield? And a lot of them have roots back in Kentucky.
