Haha fair enough, I'm just doing my sworn duty to encourage & promote mods and upgrades.

PS - Hurry up and get the camper shell so we can tell you to get bigger tires LOL

Mississippi would be looking at this in disgust if they could read...

Now now, southerners and rednecks are two very different breeds....

I think of Waupaca and Shawano County's.

Seems like if something real stupid happens in in Wisconsin, it happens in one of those two counties.

C'mon, don't leave out Waushara County. Damn, as far as that goes, Marshfield holds it's own as does Antigo. Gotta love the Wisco!

Interesting. This isn’t the flrst time I heard this. Actually recently met a good guy from South Virginia…self-proclaimed southern redneck that grew up most of his childhood near Laona. I wonder why southern folks were drawn up nort.

If anybody’s listened to John Prine, he was raised in chicago, but definitley grew up as a Kentucky boy regardless. I’d put him as more of a “philosopher redneck”. Roots go deep.

Not bad minus the fact those wheels like to pick up mud and it’s a bitch to clean out. That’s why I switched to the 20+ wheels lol

The redneck elements of my family live up in Laona, Lakewood, Crandon. They proudly check all of the boxes. We don't see each other much outside of weddings and funerals now, but it's always good to see a couple of the cousins I grew up with once in a while and tell old stories and drink shitty beer.

My mom's side came from Kentucky. Never heard any family stories of the south other than when an aunt came and visited when I was around 10. Grandma was a big stick carrying southern Baptist, but that is the extent of that history. Clearly a transcendence happened somewhere along the way...

Funny! When I got my Tacoma that is what my students said-I had gotten an "old man truck." However, most of them derive from some form of that earlier comment about northern rednecks I think...

Well, you'll be right in their neighborhood if you're coming to the Pipeline in June! Perfect time for a visit. ;)

FIFY. But, I think @Shellshock was talking about my model years. :notsure:

Slept all nice and cozy, right up to that 6am alarm. The Sea to Summit sleep setup has really impressed me. Maybe I'll set up the new tent in the yard over the weekend.

Oh there will be some mods all right
All right, order officially placed. They said it will take roughly 2 months to come in. ARE classic color matched with driver and passenger outdoorsman vented windoors, aluminum framed tilt down sliding front window, dark gray headliner, and extra dust and water seal as well as a 24-in light strip. For how much the damn thing cost I have literally no choice but to hang on to my truck :D
