$JNJ on the rebound???

 

GTii moving steadily on decent volume this morning, as opposed to the recent huge spikes early --> slow decline --> slight recovery on close. I may try and find the filings and review, I can understand legal ease much more easily than all yall's sophisticated securities mumbo jumbo. Does anyone know if they have posted a case number or anything identifying where these are coming from:

This is not a new filing at all, but I don't know if administrative proceedings are immediately available. The online docket/archives are not very user friendly, at least not to find the whole docket and see the progress of the case and what has been filed comprehensively. I did find this though:

I'll leave yall alone on the GTii stuff now, with a final thought after skimming the filings.

DTC and NSCC assessed backtesting charges against Alpine of over $2mm, most of which was attributed to a net short position in GTii in Sept. 22. Alpine has filed for review/appeal, and for a stay on the assessment. They have done this before, and there are at least two administrative proceedings. The first action filed by Alpine was denied in Nov 2022.

The snippet going around twitter is from a different action. Same general idea, and they have moved for review, challenged the charge, and asked for a stay. The references specifically to GTii are from NSCC's brief in opposition to Alpine's motion, and come from affidavits of DTC employees. That current motion/action is the one that the time for the SEC to decide was extended (on Jan. 5) to April 5, 2023.

Just to check, I called Fidelity to see if they would take the stock transfer from the warrants I exercised. Last fall when I gave up trying Liberty said that Fidelity was taking them. As soon as I mentioned GTii on the call with Fidelity, he immediately said "we don't accept transfers for that security anymore" and told me they quit 3 months ago. Not sure if that is a good sign or a bad sign, but I'm likely giving up on them again, it is only like 250 shares.

 

earlier today the "historical data" was blank for yesterday for all stocks on yahoo...really messing up my price/volume analysis of garbage

Finally got some volume on the 2/10 $162.50 calls...It's not even listed on Yahoo...Wtf?

But I assure you they exist...
