I literally told a dude via PM if he can't come to me, to send me dimensions for something to make.

Was gonna do it for the cost of shipping, his loss.

For just clamps, Park makes a ton of options (I knw @Sperrunner already mentioned this): https://www.parktool.com/en-us/category/clamps

Park is the go-to brand for bike shops tools, but that has more to do with availability than quality. In other words, they're not always the best, but they're almost always the easiest to get.

Feedback Sports also makes a clamp: https://www.feedbacksports.com/product/pro-elite-commercial-clamp-head/

It's a slightly more streamlined design than Park's. Still not cheap. I know some people who have their portable stands and speak highly of them.

You probably have the fab skills and maybe even scrap metal on hand to cobble together a cheap knockoff of the EVT clamp:

    https://www.efficientvelo.com/tools/ncssni4j8t9wnvyyfkvyvryie9j0h6

I used to have that stand. It was sold under a different name, but looked essentially identical. It worked fine for a few years, but the clamp mechanism eventually failed. I think the barrel nut that the clamp adjuster/handle threads into stripped out. I got $75 of use out of it before that happened, so I think it's still a decent option.

One can know a suspicious amount about almost anything if one spends enough time on the internet...

I could cut the flanges off and weld them onto some nesting sections of square tube to make a spare DS

If i read it correctly I could use those flanges on both the Tacoma and the 85 lol

I can’t see the attachment right now. How big and bulky and DIRTY are these? I’ll be heading to Cañon City this weekend and could do our normal meetup spot possibly. But will be in my partners new RAV4, so dirty and greasy will be a hard sell.
