We have everything set up to bang it out at my house. We have done a couple of HH installs there and have a good system to bang out each side at the same time. One 1/2" drill bit is a must yes as well as 1-2 cutting disks and 1-2 flap disks.

Ordered both drill bits they recommend using with the hangers and picked up a bunch of cut off/flap disks at the Thompson swap meet in nov…

sounds like you can put me down for some HHs install at the next mod day

With your truck, with all of the tools laid out on each side, John on one side and me on the other........and everything goes right......4-6 hours is a reasonable time. NOt that it can't be done quicker, but That is also accounting for Lunch, starting as early as possible, and going back and forth helping with other projects and mods as well. One of the biggest time wasters is waiting for the primer/paint to dry before putting the hangers on since it is all freshly flapped bare metal......minimizing rust risk behind the hangers.

Not by choice had a radiator shit the bed last November 2021. Not too bad, the worst part is the stupid hose clamps. If you swap them for worm gear clamps it's 1000x easier.

Just because you replied here. Maybe my fender dent too.

Ah right the AC drain too. Yeah basically that list.

I have the tools and a collection of oil seals, whenever you're ready.

Got vibes or just doing it as preventative?

Preventative, no vibes but figure it would be worth doing for peace of mind.

    Thoughts?

I bought mine and it sat on the shelf for 2 years.... no vibes. Then my oil seal went on the drivers side so I did it while I was there.

If it ain't broke I wouldn't touch it unless you plan a bigger lift or are replacing stuff right there.

:annoyed: thanks for the reminder! I have a wire harness thing to install to connect OEM rear view camera to my jumbo head unit. And maybe one more clock just for Dennis:D

Looked pretty Plug and Play then I read the directions and put it on the Shelf:rofl:
