i had to modify a script a while back around a onedrive limitation that prevents you from having certain strings in your filenames. Very annoying when those strings match up with common acronyms within your company.

That is annoying, any reason your company uses OneDrive over any other option?

Given the quality of onedrive, I assume it involves golf courses and alcohol.

Yeah that's what I suspected haha, unless your organization is all into the Office 365 ecosystem it seems like it would be a pain.

Oh yeah we're all 365 here. It works well enough, but when you need to do things that are absolutely job essential but outside of the normal word/excel/powerpoint realm, it gets hairy. Requests for changes take forever and have to be approved by a dozen or so people on 3 different continents, if you can even get them to listen.

Thankfully, we're allowed to run virtual machines on our company laptops, which surprised me.

It seems odd to me that universal airboxes aren't a huge item on car parts sites. Not too many choices out there

Many of the clients that I work with have gone away from large UPS systems in favor of rack mounted solutions (PDU's, ATS's, UPS's, STS's etc). Most of the UPS systems we use only need to supply load for 10-20 seconds (enough time for the gen to fire up and carry load).

Also, these clients are all held to strict LEED requirements and they only run the gens if need be. The environmentalists would have a stroke if they ever saw us roll coal on 60-100MW (20-30 gens).

We caught flak from district management for having rack mounted APC units that could only power the switches and servers for 5 minutes. They all said what good is that... well it's enough time for the gen set to light off and for the power to switch over and in the case that the gen set doesn't light off its enough time to safely power the equipment off so we don't toast a 35k fire wall or something. Beats the hell out of having super expensive battery backups that last 2-3hrs (still not enough to finish a school day or survive the usual power outage)

Exactly. Even the 3MW-20MW UPS systems that we utilize only have a 5 minute end of life at full load for the same reasons you just mentioned.

I can imagine. It's been years since I saw the storage units. It may have changed.

I can't remember the amount fuel stored to run the cats. But it looks like a railway tank car.

Unfortunately when they wedged a 6.2l v8 into a car the same size as a Civic, it means the valve cover bolts at the back have extremely limited room. My torx bit won't fit with a ratchet attached. :bananadead:

You ever have one of those years where nothing is going smooth? Sheesh.
