I am from Canada and things aren't that great up here for getting a Toyota, especially in manual. Originally ordered a TRD Pro manual in March of 2022. In September added an order for a TRD sport manual to see which came first.

Now the TRD Sport manual in black is coming finally in March of 2023.

They have no idea if they will even get a TRD pro, let alone in manual transmission. Apparently dealers in Canada don't even know whether or not they will be getting a pro

 

I’ve been trying to get looks at the SR5 interior. Cement gray and black with red stitching. Friend of mine sent me a pic of his interior black with red stitch Exterior Barcelona Red. My order is for exact truck.

Question? Does all black seat with red stich interior have those Red door and dash panels?
Anybody have a picture of cement gray interior on a SR5 ?

 

The red is definitely different and unique. I think a bronze/tan on those inserts for the Trail edition would have been interesting. The first I have seen that interior. It’s impossible to see interiors in person. Not one truck on a lot within 100 miles of me. This will be the first vehicle in my life that I will not have seen a version in real life. It’s very unsettling.

So here’s the scoop. I placed the deposit on the black TRD off-road. I get a call from the dealer yesterday and they have a lunar rock coming that has the same packages I want. I debated between these two colors when I started, but I guess coming by a lunar rock is hard to do these days.

 

I agree. I can’t even test drive a 2023. Only one 2022 Limited used in show room. They won’t let me take it out.
