    Apparently when I was 5 I also convinced my 3 year old sister to stick her hand a cup of scalding hot bathtub water, I have zero recollection of that but my mom loves to bring that one up.

    Another to-do for the T4R....the '96 seats are so fucking bad lol. Not torn up or anything, in fact they look pretty great for their age. But very little cushion or support. My Tacoma's seats feel like luxury compared to them. That will need addressing somehow soon

    @Wulf @Kwikvette

    Bracket is mounted and muffler is only kinda crooked. I took the pictures to show the tight spacing and ones that best exaggerated the crookedness, in person the boss didn't even notice lol

    Don't use ToyotaPartsDeal.com for parts if you can help it. They're sometimes the cheapest option for where I live when shipping is factored in. But they've been giving me the run around for over two weeks now. Just called their RMA department and the lady basically accused me of lying/hiding parts in the photos I sent them of my box, parts I did receive, and photos of all the labels. She kept saying "the managers will be in touch with me soon" and to call her back in a week. Whoever these "managers" are they sure don't care about getting me the missing parts.

    Dealerships can be slimy but I've never had anything but great service from McGeorge, Conicelli, LaGrange, and other large dealership parts departments. Can't say the same for this parts network.

    yeah man I've told people in other threads to avoid dealing with them, they're one of those conglomerate sites and as long as you're order goes through well all is fine but their customer service is horrid if something goes wrong. Luckily both my experiences with them were fine but from what I've heard that is not always the case, and it's impossible to get them to right a wrong.

    They source parts from dealers in their network, if you know of a dealer like McGeorge that already has cheap parts then just go through them directly. They're just a middle man really, always cut out the middle man if you can.

    It's insane. Over a few years I have ~10 orders with them totaling over $1000 and they've never made a mistake until now. Found an iH8mud forum post that spoke of a similar experience.

    They just sent a refund email for the parts. I wasn't very nice with that woman on the phone once she started accusing me. Maybe these "managers" finally gave the ok to just refund me. I'll just order the bolts at my local dealer real quick. It won't be cheap but I need to get this engine back together.
