What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I have one mounted lower in my valance and love the thing for parking in garages.

 

I had cameras and a video switcher before. I went to wire them up while I was putting in my Atoto head unit but for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. So I returned them. About a week later I was thinking about it and I figured out what I was doing wrong. So I was going to reorder the parts today or tomorrow and I saw this. Good timing. Saved me quite a few bucks. Once the video switcher comes in I'm going have a reverse and front camera. The other two will be tapped into my turn signals so when I hit them the feed will show on my head unit. All 4 cameras will be anytime.

Finished painting and mounting (for the most part) my Advanced Fiberglass Concepts fenders and besides. Also moded my ARB bumper to fit, though I might need to trim a wee bit more as I also went from 255 75r16 to 315 75r16 Yokohama G003

 

dude I would love to know more on how you wire the two side cams. My wife's Odyssey has that turn signal feature and its really cool. I often wish the Taco had something similar

 

How was the ordeal of integrating that snorkel?

 

Well on todays edition of “Ah so that’s what happens when it’s this cold”. truck started like a champ after being cold soaked at -18 all night however my Amazon AC knobs did this cool trick where they each turned into two pieces! Got so cold the glue holding the two pieces together came undone I reckon
