    Was good!! The class wanted to order pizza for 2nd break so had impromptu pizza party!! We have a new training program (again :frusty: 3rd one in 3 years:facepalm:) and I’m really not a fan of it, but…. One of the things I have to get done on Thursdays while I’m usually pressed for time was simplified….. I was all :yes:

    I do all if the HR stuff, the OSHA stuff, train them in all of our processes and procedures, train and license them on the power equipment, train them how to use our vocollect system (basically how to use our Bluetooth head sets paired up to a talk man…. It’s where our store orders are stored using our own voice recognized commands) teach them safe lifting techniques, how to properly handle pallets, how to stack stable pallets, there might be some stuff I’m missing, but you get the jist of it, right? Basically A LOT….. I do a lot!!!

    It’s so much…. Give them tours of the warehouse (over a million sq feet)
    Train them on how to use the shrink wrap, LOTO, certain files need specific paperwork that needs completed, all of their financials… banking info, w4, piv, few videos with tests, daily knowledge assessments, then log and file the info…. Believe it or not….. I’m so bored in my job. I want to do more.
