CO law changed and now companies can't take away unused vacation hours at the end of the year

    That's good!

California has a similar thing, but companies are able to dictate how many hours carry over.

Longer you've been with a company the more hours carry over to the next year if unused.

At least where I worked at (privately owned).

Need to exchange one of my welding bottles; went to my LWS days ago for some consumables and noticed a sign regarding CO2.

Something about production or supply issues and there are shortages of CO2. I know He has been in short supply for awhile and gone up in price.

They get along really well, but he definitely doesn't listen to a damn thing she says as if he knows she doesn't have the authority we do over him. Tbh he hardly listens to me as well

But he puts up with her being all handsy and climbing all over him, one time he did nip at her but it was because she kept trying to "move him" by pulling on his head, so of course he reacted that way. Didn't draw blood or anything, she's been hurt worse by the cats when they get pissed lol

just have to keep reiterating how to treat the pets with her, something about toddlers and wanting to torture fuzzy animals...it's weird.

I wondered cause you basically have the two most obstinate things known to man, a husky and a toddler. Glad that they get along for sure.

Infantile rage, for some it's a lifelong condition. Even met lifted ram drivers?

Unfortunate side-effect... to support this policy, HR is implementing a new PTO tracking system.

We previously had a sort of honor system for PTO. It was entirely up to you and your manager to keep track of it. We'll have a formal tracking system soon (we were supposed to have it by now, but... technology).

Never underestimate the Overland As Fuck desire to measure every single oz of weight you add to your truck. It's almost like the cycling community
