    Hello all. Recently I found out one of my falken wildpeak at’s were bad and couldn’t be balanced anymore. The tires were about halfway worn so I decided to part ways with them and went with the toyo rt trail. The tire looks amazing. I’ve had them for about 2 weeks now and I have to say I’m a little disappointed. Overall traction seems good, as well as road noise and handling. One thing I just can’t get over is the vibrations this tire is creating. They road force balanced perfect and are causing no balancing type vibration. But at 20mph and 65-70mph it feels like you’re driving on the most aggressive mud tire or even almost rumble strips. It’s very odd. The falkens were as smooth as could be, as they usually are. I assumed the rt’s would be similar. I’ve had MT’s that didn’t cause this much annoyance. I’m Considering seeing if I can return them using Toyo’s 45 day trial. But figured I’d share my experience here for the rest.

    @98tacojunky,

    Thank you for the heads up. We appreciate any information and personal reviews of newly released tires. Please let us know if you decide to return them. Would like to know if another brand rides better.

    From every tire I’ve had in the past I’ve never had tires feel like this. It’s unfortunate.

    I hope you got it figured out and are happy with the tires now. I bought a set of RT trails and they ride smooth as silk. 285/70/17 Haven’t had them off road much yet, but on road manors have been awesome for such an aggressive looking tire. I have 2,500 miles on them so far and don’t see any wear yet. I’m really impressed.
