Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has a great recommendation for a veterinarian my German Shepherd, the San Gabriel Valley area. Thanks everyone.

What's your GSD "affliction"? My poor old dude at 13 has to be doctored daily by his dog mommy. Meds, meds, meds. Next week he goes to the Dermatologist for a Biopsy to try and figure out why his skin and elbows are so screwed up. Won't even state how much$$$. He's got more leaks than an old tire....but he's our Boy. Gives us unconditional affection. More than my rat kids are currently.

Dang it. It sure sucks getting old. For us and our pups.
He hurt his front leg and it’s not healing. It’s been a week so I’m going to take him in.

You might be able to get a referral from Cabrillo Pet Hospital on Voltaire St. in San Diego (Pt. Loma area) "Santino's" Vet used to be the Head of the Veterinary Association.
    Good Luck...

I meant to say, being a past Head of the Veterinary Association for California, maybe they would have a referral for San Gabriel Valley? Worth a shot?!

Hmmm, a vet is going to easily cost you $500 for the consult and xrays. You may be better off going straight to an animal hospital via appmt for the x-rays and consult rather than vet consult+xrays+referral to specialist to an animal hospital. Then have the animal hospital want to do x-rays of their own.
