I am looking into getting a front plate bumper for my truck. This is a chance for you to post pics of your truck and brag about why the one you bought is the best. Not interested in the ALL PRO, so leave them out of this. Also a vendor that will ship through Fastenal is a bonus as I need to get this thing to Hawaii. Thanks!

    You should look into CBI

What is the purpose of that lower removable section?

gives you access to the bolts that hold on the winch plate. This bumper is actually two pieces, one is the winch plate and then the bumper mounts to that.

It's also handy because thats one of the easiest areas to hit when off roading, so you can replace it if it gets damaged.

I'm very happy with my ARB. I believe it is a proven product. I installed it in about 6 hours. Had the help of a friend to lift it in place, aside from that, it's a one man install. The only downside I can see is you would have to remove the bumper to replace/service the winch. Also, no attachment points/tow points on the front. The factory tow points are still intact, but I don't think they are for extreme use, maybe just to pull it up on a flatbed.

My reasoning for it's purchase was for front end protection from deer hits.

    No More Deer Fear!:D

I think the base relentless would look pretty clean with just the fogs, maybe even have him leave out the the winch openings.

Which of these can I return to the stock bumper if I decide to trade/sell in the future?

all of the bumpers mentioned are direct bolt on and you could return to stock at any time with no problems

I there are something like 16 bolts directly to the frame, then like 10 more to attach the bumper to the winch plate.

In bottom right you can see the where the winch plate mounts to the stock locations, and then the wrap around black piece that attaches to the frame

This is the same spot, but now you can see the bottom half

youll need some OME 885s if ya mount a steel bumper. aluminum would probably be fine with what you have. have to take all the lift out of the 5100s with the OME springs though.
