To me, it feels great. It's solid, doesn't feel cheap or anything.

Can I tap a rear USB port off of the USB port in the console? Classy's video taps off a lighter plug which my 2021 doesn't have.

I put 85k hard miles on it and it just felt like crap compared to friends newer Tacoma's. Found a nice feller on here with nearly new takeoffs in my budget.

Just pulled my tube at about 29k and there is gunk in it also. If you look in the tube you can see where it
comes from the engine recirculate tube. The engine could use a oil separator between the PVC or whatever
it called now and where it dumps into the intake tube.

I would not bother with the adapters more stuff to go wrong. Just clip the extra piece off. The clippers are available
from Amazon and work very well. Or just pull the little green thingie off. Then the lows and highs are the same.

These clips are intended to be put on the triangle trim piece first then snap them in together. This way you won't push them thru the hole (like I did).

    I know they're linked above but here's the Toyota part # 67771-58010
    Or I used These

Yeap, unfortunately, the Tint guy was all into removing door panels and reinstalling them, so I was out of the picture to do it right. :(

Put in 110 power into the front. Now don't have to power phones laptops in the bed
Recharges phones much faster than 12v.

Is the plug secure in that location? Some have claimed the tabs don't hold it very well there and it needs a bit of glue on the back? Getting ready to install mine and thinking about putting it there or on the back of the center console. :notsure:

So far have had no problems. hasn't popped out and is secure. But I guess a little glue wouldn't hurt.
I use it about once a week. Start small on the hole and make it so its a tight
    fit for the switch.

I just used a straight scalpel and cut the extra tab. I was also looking into the adapters and thought the same thing.... Why add another point of failure

Thx! I’m glad I decided to do the throttle body too. I’ll try to do it more often…that rag was filthy.

    Right??
How often do you clean yours? I’ll try to do mine every oil change (5k). I have one coming up soon. I been thinking of getting an oil catch can.
