Coming from your air compressor/regulator you don't want or need more than 90psi. Pretty sure that's the max.

From there, it's just pulling up on the front rotary knob on the machine to adjust the air pressure for your torch. Flip the switch to SET AIR and you'll have air coming out the torch to allow you to adjust to your desired air pressure shown on your machine.

I didn't get much crud aside from what looked like tainted distilled water when I 'washed out' the radiator.

My man's in freezing weather with a freshly fired up project, those often have water only in them so if you have to drain it you don't waste expensive coolant. But water freezes and cracks blocks in shit weather like he's having.

With some of the panel work we get you can tell they just cranked the feed way up cause the holes look worse than that. I get the desire for cutting prosuction time, but I usually just run the appropriate sized bit thru the oblong hole to clean it up and call it good.

Yeah, I can definitely just 'clean it up' and I do intend to do so as mentioned earlier.

I'm using the holes as a 'means of learning' so I can apply it to more intricate stuff that requires fine detail. If I can perfect getting a small hole done on a small bracket or mount, I'll know how to dial in the machine properly for letters, shapes, and whatever small details that require smooth lines.
