Icons 2.5 ext travel

Just got these icons and as I was inspecting them I notice to top caps on the are angled. Anyone know if it’s normal?

 

here's how mine looks installed if that helps.

 

Normal. They’re bolted through a spherical bearing so they’ll move and rotate a bit. They should be tight and a little hard to move by hand (also normal), and as the Teflon liner in the bearing wears they’ll just kinda flop around. Not that you’d notice if they’re installed, but keep that in mind as they are a maintenance item down the road.

I noticed you have a cover over the coils, is that just for protection of rust and debris?

 

Yep... and spraying with Boeshield T-9.

 

Are those 700lbs coils?
