If you're coming up from Florida and hit the MD/PA line on 81 you pass by the exit for my house. Exit 5 in PA, you'll see the sign for Mercersburg/White-Tail Ski Resort.

Can't really find fault with the latch - it has a nice ready made hook, is large enough to not get misplaced and as it is really junk even your neighbor wouldn't steal it.:thumbsup:

    Grease in the septic.... :smack:

We got to tear it down along with the old 70's single wide trailer on the property. The only thing keeping that thing together is the metal frame.

The 3 acres of land is probably worth $120K as it sits and is in a desirable area. There used to be a couple single wides on the property from the 70's until it changed hands and they put a double wide on there that they're gonna move into. Build date was 2001 I want to say.

Didn't have the heart to tell them the septic and other stuff looked to be from the 70's. Gave them the number of a company to come clean it out and install a new riser. The existing concrete lid is worn and I had a helluva time putting it back on. I showed her the nice green lid riser that mine had. Their realtor really dropped the ball on that one. It is required to be pumped around sale time. The amount of scum layer was more than a week when it supposedly was inspected. It was pumped in July, so the previous owner was really into cooking greasy stuff. Also used Charmin toilet paper

I can open the lid on mine and only see dirty water. Guess I'm doing something right.

    Dakota death trap.
The box rusted away - how are the frame & brake lines back there?

I don't see a V8 emblem on the front fender so it is a 3.9 V6 too, so in addition to not being able to stop it won't climb a hill either.

The bed is made of rough cut barn board it appears, usually about 1" thick.
I'm not one much for gov't meddling however I hope the law stops this dude before he gets out of the driveway.

This is the type guy to say "she got helper springs, good as a 3/4 ton now..."

Hit the trailer brakes hard enough it would probably rip the hitch off. :boom:

    Good morning Wrenchmen :hattip:

Today an Oklahoma born singer with the unusual given name of Troyal turns 61.

You might know him by his middle name Garth (Brooks).
