I'm hanging in there ok, thanks.
Back to work this morning but feeling about 70% at best. Wife was back in ER Saturday 11 PM and they kept her until yesterday afternoon. Complications from biopsy. I got home about 3 AM Sunday.
Went to bed last night about 10 PM....about 1AM I feels like something crawling on me but brush it off as itch...gosh darn it there was a stink bug on me! So rest of the night I got the creepy crawlies and didn't sleep:annoyed:
Have a good day all. Hopefully my mild headache will pass. Some shop fit up of uni-strut pieces...apparently the I&C fellers not capable of running any kind of saw....hack saw, porta-band, marvel etc.

We had a new roof put on the house last March, I had them bust an old chimney down below the roof line to prevent a future leak. Roof looks great.....until I went in the attic last night to get a box. Around where the chimney was there is a leak, it's wet and mold everywhere :angrygirl:

I sent the guy a message last night who roofed it, hopefully his insurance will take care of it and I don't have to file a claim :frusty:

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Until the trailer brakes get hot and fade

Why even have a goose neck hitch on such a small truck.

May as well put one on the Tacoma

    :annoyed:, & :censored: too...

This is why we end up doing things ourselves -- I can jack things up just as bad as someone I pay and it costs less...

The frame looks like it's already crying out in pain.

Good Morning Lime Green Crew! God bless you all!

We are getting a forecast of Rain AND Snow on Wednesday. It was a high of 51 Sunday which was nice.

Hang in there Mr and Mrs Toe! Prayers for yall! Prayer got my wife out of a 5 year battle with her illness. Ever since she got out of the hospital I started going to church. Bless the hands of the doctors who help her and you who supports her!

Not as bad, but my wife had a biopsy on her arm and they really didn't do a very good job as she has a nasty scar there now. Meanwhile when she sliced her thumb open a 6 years ago they sewed it up nice and neat with minimal scarring. :notsure:

I remember the first time I saw a stink bug. Was crawling across the tv in my room at my moms house. Crushed the sucker and immediately regretted the decision. :puke:

Roofer just called me. He ask were the brick wet? I said no, this is the chimney you busted below the roof. He thought it was the other end, that chimney is on the outside of the house.

He said we may need to put a vent on the ridge, I said it has vents on each end of the house. I circled it in orange.

He said I don’t think it’s leaking, we can probably just spray it with some bleach water o_O

He’s meeting me in the morning to look at it. I told him you don’t understand how bad it is, we also have it under contract and have to have it GONE

Good morning Shane and friends, have a great Tuesday.

I spent yesterday playing lumberjack, bucking up a tree that fell at my wife’s shop. Got it hauled off then went back and waged war on some yaupon bushes that keep getting in my way while mowing. I’ve still got more to do but she said it can wait and to have an easy day, ok by me!

For us non machinist types, the fabric sheets on the front and back of the table are to keep chips out of the table “slides/guides/races” whatever they are called? The lube/coolant that is sprayed on the bits just drips off into the sump at the base to be reused?

I would go for the Shield.

A pistol for a mill? That’s all it cost you?!?

Those shields are some sort of tough rubber/plastic. Hot chips won't stick to them or mark them and yes, they keep chips off of the ways. The coolant isn't reused, in theory it is supposed to be but we don't even try to capture it.

A pistol for a mill, that is it :anonymous:

I'm hoping he picks the Shield, doesn't matter to me though :D

You can make a new pistol with the mill
