Really digging the 170 and the blacked out look, this is a photo from todays story. Anyways, I felt faster on the 170 than on the 152, but that’s probably a product of its environment. I’m sure the 152 is faster on the flatter, but is it enough to notice when the 170 mutes everything including chatter that’s transferred to my hands. That’s a plus to me.

Here’s the bike itself if you wanna zoom in.

Anything not pictured above is still available, as far as I know. That would include the bleed kit you mentioned having an interest in.

Seller is a nice guy. Prices are reasonable. Even with shipping you could probably come out ahead if you bundle some items.

Haha that item alone kinda made the purchase worthwhile. I paid him $150 for all pictured above. Going back some day this week to pick up all his leftover/unused consumables for $40. Dude is straight getting out of the game.

Just not riding anymore. 13 y/o son has other interests. Putting any money made towards other hobbies.

I’m not remotely in the market for an SB115, but I’m glad the ones he’s selling is a Large. Otherwise I’d have to consider buying his, it’s clean. Genuinely considering buying the small ARC off of him for my wife.

Our work-day at the trail was canceled at the last minute. So I grabbed this off the wall. It hadn't seen dirt for a few years. We had a good ride today.

Forgot to mention that I looked at the SB115 geo. Pretty sure a large would be my choice. Not that I’m looking to buy one, but overall they looked undersized.

Tempting but I have most of that stuff laying around in my mess of a garage. That's a kick ass deal on both bikes also, considering the build. I have one those ARCs (it's my ht in the PI) and they are awesome and super light. Unfortunately, I just pulled a trigger on a new bike so I won't be able to afford anything but Ramen for the next few years.

I have an SB100 (same frame as SB115). They are pretty short which makes them great in the tight singletrack we have around here but I could easily fit a medium based on the reach measurements.

Sounds like as the days get closer, getting committed to riding for a week in St. George, Utah the first week of April. Been scouting out all the trails and pretty wild the varied terrain in the networks. Need to make sure my legs and lungs are up to the challenge!

Both his builds are quite nice, and in excellent condition.

Thunder Mountain bikes, if anyone's interested. BOGO 40% off Conti tires. No 29er front Kryptotal though. I just bought two rear replacements since I burn through rear tires and I use them on all my bikes.
