Just had a smaller one land in my yard

 

Put money down on a xd-m elite 3.8 in 9mm today. Went to the shop looking for something in 509 flavor but liked how this felt.

 

Ordered a True Precision threaded barrel for my Shield.

Almost ordered a 507k ACSS this morning but Primary Arms sold out of them while I was grocery shopping with Mrs. Taco - got home to see they are sold out until March. Oh well, it gives me time to send my slide in to have it properly milled for the Holosun footprint, the RMSc 4-post thing it comes with is poorly done and kinda stupid.

 

Talked the local pawn shop out of 200rds of 7.62 Tula for 30 cents/rd. Marked at $29/bx... not sure what they were smoking.

Picked it up today, 9mm.

Sellier & Bellot 9mm

 

Got this nice 9mm lever for my use with suppresor. Gonna use it for hunting and target. Love levers, but not many options for suppressed except henry and 1 other...which were not to my liking. This one fits the bill since I can do a 10, 20, or 30 round mag and put a thermal on it.

 

Well my "too good to be true" order went through and arrived. MDX Arms had their G19 S2 complete slide with a holosun (i went with the 507C) on sale for a killer price. So I bought it.

Now to figure out what i want to do. Already have a G19 with just a "basic" brownells G19 RMR cut and threaded barrel. I could go and get another frame. But then I'd basically have the same thing twice. Sell the MDX slide or sell the Brownells one.

The 507C Ill keep. just have to decide if i want to sell one of my 407C's or keep it. I have two "open" slides and two 407C's sooo

Spare parts (or guns) are always nice to have on hand.

 

They are. To an extent. I dont shoot the G19 very often. Prefer my 17 or the 34 for 9mm glocks (and prefer my 226 over them in general). And already have the spare parts outside of the barrel and slide.
