Dont forget the cheapass "luxury" vinyl plank flooring.

I can get behind the idea of a waterfall edge on a cabinet peninsula, but not the price. Probably $2k for a useless decoration made of marble/quartz.

All that other stuff needs to burn. Now that the guys building tract homes near me do all those things, its time for new ideas.

It's crazy how hard they sell some of it. Going to be a lot of people with waterfall edge islands in 5-10 years that are over it.
I agree, once these concepts have trickled down to tracts and made to order options on a build sheet it's way past over. It's like your grandma talking to you about Facebook.
