StoreDot's Extreme Fast-Charging (XFC) batteries have been validated by a third party, and there are already partnerships underway.

Anyone have a town that allows golf carts to drive around in city limits?

If you're a motorcycle rider here's an interesting rider from Germany (english speaking) taking a trip around the world on a Zero SR/F Electric motorcycle. He's an experienced petrol bike rider and inspired by Ewan McGregor on his EV bike in The Long Way Up. He bought this Zero and is currently 4 months in. Videos are short and he's very honest about the pros and cons of traveling with a EV motorcycle.

    Here's the first episode...

I think I would’ve gone with an Energica bike instead of a Zero if I were doing that trip.

TOKYO, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Koji Sato, who was named on Thursday as the future CEO of Japan's top automaker Toyota Motor Corp
(7203.T), is an engineer with a background in diesel engines who will be tasked with navigating the company's shift to clean energy.

Currently the CEO of Toyota's luxury brand Lexus, Sato will succeed Akio Toyoda as the CEO of Toyota on April 1.

Under Toyoda, the automaker has followed a go-slow approach to electric vehicles, arguing that the hybrid technology it pioneered with the Prius will remain important along with investments in hydrogen.

Ford follows Tesla and cuts prices on Mach E. More companies to follow with price cuts?

The 115kW charge rate is pretty disappointing, hopefully that gets improved before release.

It's a cargo van not a road tripper. It will charge just fine over night back at the shop. My work just replaced our fleet of work vans or I'd be pitching these. They would work perfectly for us. (actually we only need 100 miles of range, so the big battery is more than we need) Every time we have to pull a van from service for routine maintenance it is a huge pain in the productivity. Our guys need their vans to do their jobs. These EV vans will pay for themselves on that savings alone.
