I've been tired of work since December last year. Thought about getting up early one day this week and hitting Peters Mill before work. don't know if I'll have the time with everything else going on right now.

I'm going to bring the VW down to you one of these months. It has a few dime sized dents. Since I don't have to do the 100k mile maintenance, I'm going to clean it up a bit. It's going to Detroit this weekend. First long road trip, and I should be able to do it on a tank of fuel.

 

So, a mom update. With all of her health issues on top of the cancer diagnosis, mom has decided on hospice. Her last dialysis treatment was Saturday, and were told to expect a 1-2 week hospice period. We are headed up this weekend to an Air BNB a few blocks from my sister and two miles from mom's apartment. And we are taking Tessa as mom wants to meet her "grand dog." Maybe I'll pack the solo stove. Campfires are therapeutic.
