    Wife has been working hard on securing a loan for the house, our bank, who we've been with for many years said 6.625% on a 30 year loan :eek:

    Zillow has offered us a 20 or 30 year loan for 5.375% or a 15 year loan for 4.75%

    We're gonna try and make the 15 work :woot:

    We refinanced a few years ago and dropped from a 30 to a 15 year loan. I calculated that it would save us about 7 years of payments and $80k.
