I recently had Toyota replace both sides lower control arm/ball joint assemblies and also passenger side drive shaft, since these repairs my steering and front end feels horrible compared to before, does not have the tight steering as before, lots of play, wandering and even a slight shimmy in the steering wheel, they also did a alignment and you would think everything would be better than before not worse, any suggestions as to what they may have changed and what I need to look at it to get back to before, thanks in advance

Check the lower control arm bolts, they need to be torqued to 100 lb/ft

OP, why no specification values for camber and toe, and no before and after values for caster?

Caster affects handling and the values need to be almost even on the left and right sides using the preferred specs.

As far a camber, the values should be almost even (unless correcting for road crown if that is an issue in your area) also using the preferred specs. And as viewed from the front of the truck, your front wheels are currently sitting like this tilting in opposite directions: R/ /L

Also make sure that the RH and LH tie rods are the same length. Measure from the jam nut adjacent to the tie rod end inward along the tie rod to where the threaded part ends. There should be an equal length of threads exposed.

IMHO you got a guess-an-alignment at best. I recommend you take it back and either ask for a real alignment using preferred specifications (values in the middle) or have them refund your money and take it to another shop that knows what they are doing.
