This might be an odd place to post this, but since we're all car people here: If any of you come across a Manx Style dune buggy project. Let me know.
Must have title. Not looking for a much $$$ show car, more like a project. Even if it is just the tub, then that's cool too (I found one on Kijiji, but it's ugly and garbage)
I've always wanted one and I might finally be able to get to it this spring. Have dabbled in aircooled VW's before and a fibreglass dune buggy is the one thing I've always wanted, but never go to.
Would be a cool summer project.

Not the brand itself but I do have a lot of experience with RTT's. I lived in one in Whistler for almost two years, including winters.

For the most part they are all created in the same factories, whether it's brand name or not. Brand name might get slightly better parts but they are mostly made in the same factories.
The way this works hasn't really changed in a few years now. You'll get a company created over night that has bought dozens of RTT's in a wholesale purchase, slaps a logo on them, import them in and sell them for way more money than they are worth. There is a good chance you won't see "enthuzed" RTT's in a year or so, as normally these "companies" sell all of their stock and disappear. (Enthuzed also seems to be a "knock-off" brand in its' entirety, so just be wary, as customer service will be questionable.
The durability in these "knock-offs" is something to pay attention to as well. If you are using it every now and then it might last you a fair while. If you plan on using it often, I would look at brand name if you are deadset on getting an RTT.

I could honestly go on and on and on, so Ill just say personally I would never recommend an RTT (even brand name) to anyone, just way too many issues.
and FWIW most of the people I know who have had them, no longer run them and almost every one I've seen has issues within a season or two.

EDIT: probably worth adding that the "Enthuzed" products are getting terrible reviews on their products if you search for them outside of their website. Probably just a brand to steer clear of entirely IMO
