Normal football games are boring enough without the extra hour or two of advertising and cringe performing thrown in

It's perfect for decorative stuff especially; anything old that needs a cover-up too.

The hammered finish hides imperfections really well, and though it requires no primer, I used self etching primer on the piece for maximum adhesion.

Happy with how it's coming out.

Painting a keyboard or controller? Man, I'd be way too impatient about letting it dry.

Oh no he was tackled, guess it's time to stop playing for another 40 minutes for advertising and then throw in a couple of time outs because you know if the game clock is moving ever that's a bad thing apparently.

yeah, exactly. The way it self levels and adds texture is perfect for a lot of aesthetic but not quite perfect projects.

And yeah, lol, doing a controller or keyboard that will last for years of being touched every day takes weeks of painting and curing lol

So. Upon reassembly today should I coat my cylinder walls with anything after cleaning them? Dust made it’s way in even with plastic over the engine. Mostly from scraping the old gasket and cleaning tops of the cylinders. Shop vacuumed them but still figure I’ll wipe them out.

Engine hasn’t ran since September or early October. I’ve been told by a boomer to lightly coat in non-synthetic oil but not sure.

After using the same worn out Napa jack since I was a kid, I traded a set of beat up wheels from my other car for a new Daytona! It was like going from a Yugo to a Maybach... Should have never waited this long

Daytona jack in my garage was beat on by 3-4 people from 2018-2021 and I’ve seen real shops abuse the crap out of them. Best items at harbor freight, whole snap-on lawsuit debate too lol.

It's amazing! It actually rolls and lifts things! My old one basically needed to be winched around, and it took a million pumps to even reach the frame on anything

Filling the frame with wool wax seems to be doing its job, no new rust candy

Filling em like that is the best thing you can do for them, been doing the same forever! I've also found plugging up the factory holes in the wheel arches really helps keep the dirt / sand / salt out of the frame in the first place. Just squished some wax in em

Hmmmm. I have some toilet seal wax. Good idea! Thanks!

Yeah this is how my dad did it, never a rust problem in this family.

I just put some WD-40 on a lint-free cloth or coffee filter and wipe it that should be good enough
