Hey Everyone. Been building and installing for members on here for a while. Started before 3rd gens were out and my other thread is in the 2nd gen BST section. Wanted to make sure that the 3rd gen people were aware of my operation. I’m located in Lomita CA 90717

Made me some super solid sliders. Everyone always asks me where I got them. Just sent someone your way. I think he’s in your waitlist. Haha. The hi lift adapter for the sliders is clutch too.

 

Do you still have the DCLB sliders that the buyer backed out of? If so, I am interested. I sent you a text yesterday but did not hear back.

Just finished up a set for a customer. 3rd gen DCLB with kick outs and full fill plates

 

Awesome. Just curious, is there any way to leave them in that finish or would they rust? I love that mad max look.

 

I think you could apply a clear to them and they’d be able to stay like that without oxidizing

I think there’s a company that TIG’s their sliders, maybe Wescott Designs or something, that offers a clear powder coat to show off their beautiful welds haha

 

FWIW, clear PC tends to have a problem adhering to bare metal. Wescott had several customers showing rust under the clear pc leading up to delamination. Shame too because their sliders sure are beautiful. I had a customer ask about getting his slider chromed. Now that would be something to see.
