There was a red F150 XLT with the luxury package that was a close second but we didn't get it as it wasn't in as nice of condition, higher miles, hour away from home and it wasn't from a Ford dealer. They did have another truck exactly like mine except in black but it wasn't in nearly good of shape but had 20k less miles on it.

 

Not sure if I'm going to. I like it here. I'll probably just lurk over there and not join.

Yeah but I just like this place. I went on the F150 forum and I just don't like the website and how it works.

Probably mudflaps, fog lights, carhartt Seay covers, change the front marker lights over to LED but keep the headlight halogen, change the license plate lights to LED, change the work light to LED and get weathertechs for the front seats for now.

 

This forum is easy going.

Mostly LED upgrades on the interior/exterior.

How are the V6 when plowing?

 

Actually the interior is all LED except in the glove box so not much to do there.

I was reading the manual the other night and it said they don't recommend the 3.5L for snow plowing. They say the N/A 5.0 is better for plowing.

 

Neighbor has a F150 with V8, and plow setup. The guy is short. It looks like he needs a booster seat.

 

It's a crew cab. I don't know if F150 comes with long or short bed. He needs a step stool getting in. It not for the weak to watch him get in and out of the truck.

Any 110V outlets?

 

Oof! The double cabs comrade with a 5.5ft bed or 6.5ft bed

The front dash and the back of the center console have a 400w outlet.

Today he was backing up in his yard. It look more like a a F350. It's a lot taller looking than the F150 that drove buy.

There's probably a reason why a small person bought a big truck.

All depends on what kind of damages you're talking about. Brain damage comes to mind.

How's the gas mileage?

Any better than the Tacoma?

 

Maybe ego damage?

Not to shabby today. It was closer to 18.5 before I did my dash camera install

 

Close to 2 MPGs better but I didn't do much in town
