Feels like no power steering on left turn

I can't figure out why my taco had or feels like I font have power steering when turning left worst when I'm not driving. Feels like almost stuck I really have to turn it forcefully to a point I might snap something. I took to the shop and they replaced steeringrack and I even grease the ball joints connected to it. I changed the steering rod that connects to my steering wheel but still having the same problem. So I went on draining the steering fluid and change my power steering. Nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Not saying this is it, but look at the intermediate steering shaft, there is a small ujoint there, and that can cause lots of troubles

 

Thanks! I did replace the lower shaft and just checked the Upper and it look normal

 

Maybe try and check the power steering pump itself.

 

I did that too. I wonder alignment can cause that problem
