Also it has tinted windows in the rear. Thought only higher levels had them.

 

I've actually outpaced salesmen on basic knowledge of the vehicles they were selling. In 1994, my grandparents moved from Arizona to Pennsylvania. My dad and his brother both wanted her to get something with 4WD. At the time, was driving a 1987 Mercedes 300E that she'd bought new and ended up keeping another decade, but we took to look at 4x4s; I don't remember what specific model, but I'm pretty sure it was Blazers, Cherokees, Explorers, and T4Rs.

They had the hood open on an SUV; Grammy pointed to something under the hood and asked the salesman what it was.

The salesman said "I don't know, I only sell them..."

Either my dad or my uncle lifted me up to see the engine; Grammy pointed at the thing under the hood and asked "Charlie, what's that?"

I have absolutely no memory of this whatsoever, even though I was at least 5 years old, but Grammy says my exact words were "That is the housing for the computer, I do believe."

Turns out I was right...

I saw this 2008 Lexus LS460 on the backlot at Thompson, and I don't believe I've ever taken pics of a 4th Gen before, so I took pics of it; I definitely like the older ones better, and for some reason I see more older ones than newer ones driving around...

This is true. Cupcake's 2014 LE has just the 4 second delay, slow, fast. I need to look into the true variable switch cost for her.

Possible but I reckon it's standard. Only based on my little sample but our 14 has them. We did buy it used July 2019 FWIW though, so I can't hang my hat on it not being coincidence.

One of the sons of the owner of the body shop where I've brought my truck numerous times bought this totaled 2006 Scion TC to use for parts. The car only has 117K miles and appeared to be in decent shape before the accident, and I'm guessing it was totaled due to age...
