Somewhere that is not at the shop, much closer to my house:rofl:

February 13th and we've still got Christmas dishes and mugs in the cabinet. I stopped asking questions. Just roll with it.

In my case every place I might have need to use is within reach of air.

Then as long as I had the company truck I had on board air.

They work great on older automatic transmissions that didn't have a drain plug in the pan.

Suck out the fluid then pull the pan as opposed to the disaster of trying to crack the pan loose and hit the drain pan with the deluge of fluid.

My first truck, the 1978 Chevrolet didn't have a plug in the pan. After the trans went out and having it rebuilt and wearing the fluid once or twice I got a short pipe plug nipple at the hardware and welded it on and put a brass plug in it, after drilling a hole of course.

I had no welder so had to use one of these kits.

Being poor my drill was really slow too... (at least it was variable speed )

Is there no draft control below the grate? You should be able to slow the fire down that way, bearing in mind it's a delicate balance, as too little oxygen will slow it down to the point where all you get is a smokey, clinkery mess of s*** in the grates.

Goodmorning crew! Still morning here anyway.
I like the variable speed drill @RustyGreen

I feel pretty confident that whatever foul virus I had has run its course...several sick pun intended.
Geesh man, I was near crisis mode and half losing my mind Saturday night, at bedtime.
No violence in the bathroom since.
Wife left me duty to keep eye on our granddaughter whilst she goes to Dr checkup. Baby just ate and napping so I'm :fingerscrossed: for her to be fuss free for a hour at least. I'm just scared to have to get too close, having been so sick the last 4 days.
Supposed to be sunshine and 60° here today but chance of snow midweek and high of 30° Friday.
    Have a good day all.

Baby's name is Saylor. She was born a couple weeks early on purpose because mom is small running out of room to grow inside I guess.

Nice! I did my brake system flush with that type of evacuator last summer.

Easy peasy and it didn’t mess up my ABS system!!!
