What about driving 80-85mph? I think that’s where range gets ugly in an EV. Through in cold weather and it’s going to really suck.

I heard that they set up a portable fast charger out there. Did they run the course or just show up to advertise?

There is absolutely zero chance that boat anchor makes it through over half the course.

It can't do the rocks, and is too heavy for a lot of the sand, desert section.

It pretty much went out there to drive around Hammertown and be attached to the generator.

Because nobody ever in the history of ICE has run out of fuel…

You can fix idiots regardless of what they drive.

Boy howdy fishing is good today. You missed the point. EV being powered by a gas generator. Nuff said.

In my 40 years of driving, yes but only a handful of times. Hey it happens. Surprised my wife doesn’t run out, because every time I jump in her truck to run an errand, that fucker is always on “E”. Women! I tell ya! :D

Ya know what a super duper easy fix to extend range is? :) and in an EV, not so much. I like EVs, just not there yet for me, it is fun watching the beta testers blow their money though. :)

So Ford owners can't add or subtract. Seems about right.

Or you could just keep driving while charging.
