Well if your looking to replace your starter battery anyway you should take a look at the northstar batteries, It should run the fridge fine without solar. You do need a tune to run them with third gens to change charging voltage.

The solar setup can top up the AGM where the alternator doesn't, too. But yeah you can tune the AGM in. Also a consideration, I'd like to keep it to one battery for simplicity sake.

Ever sense I got the RTT I thought the two bolts and clamp plate was a sketchy way to attach it. I have had it loosen up a couple times because of it.

I decided to make these mounts instead. I may have them lasercut in the future if anyone wants a set.

I also made some chase light brackets and wired them in with a deutch connector so the bars are easy to take on and off.

That is a nice solution, may need to steal borrow the idea I like the idea of not having the bolts sticking down an taking up my limit headroom.

what would a set of 8 run if you was to produce them?

Not too much, I am not ready at the moment but I was thinking something like $25-30 + shipping. $50-75 burned on at my shop for a set of 4. I do not have any cnc capabilities yet so it would be a send cut send job.

I don't think you would need 8. I just put on 2 per bar. I see you have a plasma, Id share the file if you want to make yourself a set.

Putting some partially done projects in here to kinda keep track.

    Single Battery House setup

Goes through a low voltage disconnect so it will turn all the house stuff off when the battery gets to whatever voltage I set it to. Tested it with a diesel heater overnight with 2 startups and the battery was at around 12.4 volts in the morning

Stating at the battery for house circuit

    -25A Blue sea breaker
    - Victron 65 A Battery protect
    - Behind the taillight fuse panel
    - Switches on bed stiffener (camp lights, bed lights, future water pump)

    Rear Bumper #1
Design intent of this bumper (not for me).
    -not an offroad bumper
    -keep OEM tow hitch
    - Hold some reverse lights that will go around the trailer attached

It is built out of 1/8 plate for the most part. OEM removed parts were 33lbs and the new bumper was 47 lbs

    SPC UCA bushings

    150 k

UCA spec ride bushings lasted 75K. I am very happy with that considering the conditions that they go through. Super easy install too.

Unfortunately spc discontinued them so my next set will be the last.

    Bumper #2
    Also building these to sell.

    Bumper features
3/8" main plates partially doubled up partially, to hold the tow bar (2.5"x2.5" .25 wall) and to make solid 3/4" recovery points. Compatible with both hard and soft shackles.
    1.75" x .120" wall DOM tube
    All 1/4" Gussets
    Tabs for SSC2's or similar

    63 Swap

Took about 2 days for my first time doing it all alone. Turned out pretty well but I should have moved the rear hanger forward a little more. I am building a flatbed soonish so I am planning for extra weight.

Shock relocation will be happening with flatbed.

    Notes for next time
    • centering axle with 2 people would be much easier
    • drill and tap rear hangers before welding sleeve onto bracket
    • Leafs felt softer than stock leafs
    • Not much change in ride, I think my shocks are making it stiff. One has no n2 and extremely hard to move
    • Paint shackles and u bolt plates before starting.

    63 Swap Paint and Bumps
Finally put bumpstops in, I made them very easy to change so when I have time I can dial in where full bump is. Everything is looking great with the swap.
