Thanks! I've been paying with Gaia the last couple days.. it's not too bad after getting used to it. Still somewhat clunky imo, and a lot of stuff I don't need, but it does work with the offline.. AND coincidentally.. my headunit decided to update itself out here and now I have onX and Gaia on my Android headunit! It worked perfect last night going through the desert from the house to KOH.. and got us back home without issues when cruising alone at 1am. Lol

That stupid Overlander one is literally the same thing as my Drivetrack 70 ( Overland predecessor) without the rugged case or whatever it is. And no.. that's done too. They all are, except for a couple that will also be phased out. Garmin is fucked.. I'm assuming they got in some trouble or something.

Utilized the record feature last night so we could get back easily. Saved, so now I have it for future trips. Nice to save the "good" route.. as other times we have gone back and forth and got ourselves into some shitty, slow sections. This is the best route yet. Can get to KOH/Chocolate thunder in about 30-40 minutes.. all dirt. It's about 35 miles round trip.

    Screenshot_20230210-131105.jpg

I did settle on the stock Gaia satellite/topo map. It's not exactly what I'd like.. but it will work. I can zoom in enough with decent resolution to see all the un-named 2-track trails. Exactly what I need it for..

Saved the area, created a folder for it.. and also added the saved track to the same folder. This also all displays perfectly on my Android Pioneer unit.

Very pleased so far.. especially with the surprise update on the headunit allowing it work with it as well. Awesome coincidence this all happened and worked out when it did.

I have no idea if this is even a thing out there in the world but I made this license plate camera mount today for a buddy with a turd gen for his dash cam. Didn't want it to hit the tailgate or block anything on the license plate itself to avoid any issues.

I love the track feature. I just record every time I go out now and even gives you stats on how long it took and average speed. Great for doing exactly what you did!

Ive got it, Ill be back in the valley on Thursday or Friday I think, Ill hit you up when I get down there. I live in downtown Phoenix. I also have the matching UCAs that correct caster to match the subframe. @Sixthelement up in Flagstaff has it as well but he's on the JDFab +2.25" kit with it. We are both 3rd gens but that shouldnt matter.

edit:Its so fucking rad not having to worry about getting an alignment every time you hit a bump. Also you gain a bunch of ground clearance up front and it looks cooler than the stock crap, even with aftermarket skids.

Hell yes! Please let me know, I don't mind the drive and won't take up too much of your time. Ive looked into your build thread and pics you added about the swap! I should be able to run my taco tabs with the re enforced tabs they provide.
