    Drive slow. Shed weight.

It’s a Tacoma. It does not, and will not, get good MPG.

    Here comes the :crapstorm:

Never seen a tune that was for “economy”.
Most are for more performance and to fix the Automatic Transmission shift points.

There may be some out there, but none I know of.
But I’ll admit, I have not looked for an “economy” tune either

    Maybe @tonered knows?
I’m not sure any tuner is going to waste their time developing one.
Not when the overwhelming majority of people are looking for power/performance.

Actually, the vF 2.0 Base tune was developed for max MPGs, no one really requests it. The weird part is that most of us have seen the best bump on the performance tunes, esp those that kill the fake Atkinson cycle. But, no tune is guaranteed to bump MPGs. The best solution is to not mod wheels, tires, lifts, racks, etc.

What should I do than. I just upgraded cold air intake, if there is anything else I can buy to even gain 1 mile per galon I would love to try it. It's brand new 2023 still in transit but it's arriving in 2 weeks. I want to get ready for it and hopefully I'll find someone with answers

Must be an anti-climactic purchase for you, if you're dreading the mileage before you've even taken delivery. Sorry to hear this. I think, if I were you and the deposit is on an allocated unit and refundable, I would seriously consider buying something else.

I absolutely love my 2021 Pro, on- and off-road, but MPG isn't even in my top 10 criteria for purchasing. Hope you find a solution that works for you, @Artur R !!

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
That only lightens your wallet. It will change nothing on the truck but noise.

If MPG is such a strain for you, cancel your order and get a gas Corolla. 30+ is the norm.

    none

Even if it does reduce intake restriction, it won't help your MPG.

I'm not so much concern about Gas usage. I was just wondering if there are any remedies for it. Thanks for your input.

Skinnier tires, full belly pan, and a bed shell that follows a line from the back of the cab to the to of the tailgate (think back half of a Prius).

Your Taco already has a CAI. Nothing aftermarket is going to help that.

If the MPGs are that big of a factor, then a Taco might not be the best idea. Some full size pickups cost about the same and get more MPGs.
