60+ year old thread.

Did it damaged the lung while traveling in there? It looked rather viscous versus the lung tissue.

Good morning. Nice game yesterday. I actually watched the entire game. I was not really rooting for either team, so I saw a decent game. Clearly strategies have changed in the last 10 to 15 years. Kansas City showed up and played 30 minutes of football when it counted. We took our son to the airport yesterday for a trial run as to what to expect in the airport. He has not been in a plane since he was 12 and he is 23 now. I waited for the wife and son in the cell phone lot. I was surprised that there were electric car chargers, port-a-potties and a food truck in the lot.

Pork Butt is on the smoker, and I am off to the gym.

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Yep, off to Best Buy in a bit. Do a couple other errands while I'm out. See how the day goes when I get home. Chiefs change to a lot more presnap motion really make the Philly defense look like they were playing a different game. I hate that a "legit" yet cheesy call has to show up so late. I will be on a campaign this year to adopt CFL ref rules in the NFL. Among other things, ALL ref calls are routinely reivewed, and it doesn't slow the game down at all.
Did get the rest of the bins put on the hardware door before the game yesterday. Productive, see?

Good morning. We are off to Florida today. We will be spending the night in Savannah, GA. I hope to make two stops in Florence, SC. One at the new Buck-ees, to see what it is all about, and a second at a Piggly Wiggly grocery store to purchase some BBQ sauce. Tonight, I hope to make it to a honey store before dinner. Tomorrow we will stop by Ft. Stewart, GA, I was stationed there when I was in the service. Then on to Clearwater, FL to visit my wife's brother and wife. Looking for a nice 10-day vacation.

Lure looks good Mike, that pic. of the beat up lure you posted brought back memories. A long time ago a guy who used to go to Canada showed me a couple of cigar boxes full of the old wooden lures that were "retired". It looked like someone stabbed them hundreds of times with an ice pick, most of the paint was missing, some of the jointed ones were ripped in half, hooks ripped out, etc., fishing for pike really did a number on those lures!

Good Morning Porch Pals & Happy Valentines Sue! Got the little TV fixed with a hard reset. Geek said it "should be" in the manual if it does it again, otherwise, bring it in. Putz the yard and such, and make a nice Ribeye and Lobster tail dinner!

 

Good afternoon folks. Called my dentist first thing when they opened Monday morning and they fit me in at 11:20. Crown reinstalled and back to normal. Coworker had suggested we have Superglue here at work so I could have just saved the trip. Told the dentist and he said he would really not recommend that. Limited time until it sets up, making sure its seated properly, and other possible issues. I then jokingly asked if this would be a warranty repair as he had only installed the crown sometime last year. He replied there would be no charge.
