What UCA is good for overlanding?

I'm planning to install DOBINSONS coilover either lifting to to 2.5 or 3.0

Looking for something reliable and durable

My stock UCAs work great with my 2” lift.:notsure:

3” lift will leave you with pretty much no downtravel, unless you go extended travel of course.

I like my SPCs and have had them on my truck for 30K miles but there are plenty of good options out there, pretty sure dobinsons makes one too

SPC. Nicely adjustable and long lasting if you grease them.

Agreed but don't forget the crowd that will come in and say "the x-axis bushings are junk" and "you'll be replacing bushing and balljoints every year".

    That what I heard too

I'm looking for a UCA that doesn't require too much maintenance or at least not for a long time

The OEM UCA is likely your best bet for low/no maintenance and best price.

Why do you want to replace them? Unless you’re going long travel and increasing the track width, it’s mostly pointless.

    I'm doing a lift above 2
Most videos I watched and the shops I went to recommend replacing them if I'm doing a lift above 2

What’s the reasoning for lifting more than 2”? You’re going to have little down travel.

dobinsons are technically extended travel i believe even tho not directly called that. same deal with ironman and even 5100s.
