I like the patches. Especially the “protected by” one :D
How do you get them to stay up there without ruining the headliner?

They are hook n loop, "velcro". They stick to the headliner with a little squishing and twisting around.

The one photo I can definitely see it. That’s very odd, I was counting on something like that not happening due to the entire bottom of the rack being a rubber like. Kind of has me concerned seeing your photos, I’ll play it by ear and see what happens I guess! I wonder if taking it off and putting some softer gasket type of material on the bottom might alleviate some of the stress.

    Thanks for sharing some pictures!

I picked this up on Amazon after double checking the to make sure that it was the smaller / shorter switch in height. I had to rip most of my lower dash and the center console out to get this in. It works fantastic so far.

Haven’t measured yet. Plan to take some readings soon. It generally matched up with the +0.4-0.5 on my other Toyota.

Awesome idea. I wish it had a more useful range. It only goes down to -20°C/-4°F. That is not low enough for Canadian winter. Yet it goes as high as 70°C/158°F...doesn't make much sense.

DFW,TX-slid on black ice at from a cold front which happened to be followed by week of snow. Went from driving 60mph to sliding sideways in guard rail. Traffic was light the time .Bumper smashed and so I grabbed my impact wrench and took off the dragging bumper and zip tie the fog light wires. Reinforcement job did its job and completed cradled the engine bay and radiator. Very humbling. I parked truck in the driveway facing the house for the near two weeks it took to acquire and assemble a replacement. There were a lot of learning moments during this install. here’s a before and after. What do y’all think?:oldglory:D7997C09-19DD-453D-BDD2-8166C4CA2BA0.jpg 73498E38-7BA6-4D40-8BCB-4718F916CF00.jpg922281CC-21D3-48CD-A400-E589DFC3D10E.jpg3AB9F8C2-30B4-49DE-B2B3-E409B59B3E1C.jpg 841555F7-CAF9-42D9-B95E-A2790AD3A678.jpg

I kind of thought the same thing, but it was a relatively cheap upgrade. Being my 2015 is new to me, I thought it would be a good idea to see how to pull the lower components of the dash out. I didn't time the install, but I think it took me about an hour and half or so.

BTW~ I am hoping to get up to Canada to begin an Artic to Antarctic jaunt in September. I am hoping it stays sunny and 75°F for the entire trip. ;-)

    Just some stuff...
I went with carhartt and never looked back! I needed something tougher than what I had which the neoprene style. They started wearing thin right on the edge of the seat pretty quick. Carhartts fit the bill for me.
