Lift, wheels, tires, sliders, and skidplates...so far.
The other day, while doing some mild off roading, my dash lit up with a bunch of warning lights. I did the old turn it off and turn it back on trick and voila, the lights went out. Problem solved.

then today, several weeks later, they came on again while driving to work. I turned the truck off and back on and they went away.

anyone know what the issue could be? I should say my passenger cv axle is currently slinging grease all over everything. I have a new axle already but haven’t replaced it yet. Getting that done this weekend.

    Pics for evidence. 1469E981-E243-45EE-B051-893FF1440B68.jpg9FB38F92-1AEB-40ED-B93C-3438FA3E1D5C.jpg84CD119C-C57D-4E3F-BC93-A3996C487B59.jpg933A92DA-8529-4876-829F-D4AFD34FB3B7.jpg

Scan it for codes. Everything else will just be a guess.

Take a peek under the front by the brake backing plates. You will see a wire running to each one on each side. See if you perhaps tore it off.

Wire damage to the pass front wheel speed sensor?

Damaged magnetic ring on the pass front wheel bearing?

    What do the codes say?

Does your scan tool read individual wheel speeds? Plot them in real time and see if any of the four traces look wonky when driving.

At 13,000 miles it's a no brainer - system is telling you to take it to the dealer -

Any chance critters have chewed through some wires ?

You aren't per chance from Florida and drove your 1 month old brand new Tacoma into a large body of water and allow the engine to become completely submerged and then revved the engine did you?

    Check brake fluid level first.

I had same messages except the head unit when I ripped my rear ABS wire while off-road.

Replaced the whole harness and all is good.

I'll check for any other damaged areas later this week. It's currently hailing and thunder and lightning here.

Do you have techstream? It will show you what the issue is. You can download it from @tonered signature.

At 13,000 miles I'd want to know why my axle is slinging grease everywhere, chances are its related to your abs fault

I just mean 13,000 is too early for normal boot failure. If something stuck up in that area like a big tree branch or a rock it may have torn the sensor wire too

Exactly……I’ve never tore a boot except for wheeling
