My 2007 TRD Sport DCSB is in need of a new exhaust. The factory TRD Cat-Back Exhaust is listed as "This Product Is No Longer Available" on Toyota's parts site here. Does anyone know what my options may be? I'd like to stick with the stock/OEM setup, since the one that's on there has lasted 16 years, but I'm not sure where to turn. I've found a small handful of dealers across the US that still has the part (PT91089061) listed on their site, but shipping is crazy expensive. I've already looked at local ads for the Greater Cincinnati area, but haven't found any private sellers.

Does anyone know if there's a newer part number?

So the double cab short bed and access cab regular bed have the same wheelbase.
So there are a few options:
17430-0P010 (STOCK) $562.13 (FYI not sure if these are zeros or Oh's can't decipher from dealer quote as its all caps)
    PTR31-35131 (TRD) $495.00

The bad news, National back-order due to catalytic converter thefts.
I checked last month and there was a (150) on back-order.

I ran into the same issue and shipping is flat out stupid on these so i went to dealer for parts quote.

I've called several. Most have them listed as unavailable on their web sites as well.

Many of the sites are listing as unavailable due the extended back order times. They don’t have a tentative arrival date for the parts.

    Ok, an update...

I contacted the closest Toyota dealer to me and inquired about the part (PT910-89061). Their site showed the 'No Longer Available' tag. The parts guy confirmed that the part was indeed available and that they could have it next day. Additionally, I was able to confirm through several Toyota parts sited that this does fit my truck.

    As was mentioned above
my local price was $495 vs. the $600+ price tag with shipping from Toyota Parts Plus. I went ahead and ordered locally and should have it soon.

Thanks to all who have assisted with this. Ya'll are great!

Some of this Some of that
Ordered one recently for a 15’ from my local dealer, $600 with the gasket/ spring/ bolt set. I priced it online for 350, but the shipping was crazy so it worked out better to get it from the dealer

Yeah, this all wouldn't have been an issue if the parts site didn't list them as no longer available. The parts guy said that there were "issues" with some of the online listings. In any event, I was able to confirm fitment and availability. I'll be headed out the door in a few to pick mine up.

I'm looking too, the PTR31-35131 says it won't fit my 2005 DCSB. Looks like this is a part number for 2013-2015?

@StuckinOhio or anyone else... will it still fit early 2nd gen as suggested?

I had this issue last year as well.
Found a DCSB TRD exhaust on Craigslist off a 2010. I have a 2014 though.

When I checked part numbers the dealer said it won’t fit but I had a welder and determination so I bought it anyway lol

Turns out the only difference between the 2005-2011 and 2012-2015 exhaust was one of the rear hangers had an extra 90 degree bend. Took me 10 seconds to make the bend using a big pair of vise grips.

Just picked up a TRD exhaust (PTR31-35131) today at my local dealership. $384 and was ready to pick up in about a day.
