Hey Connecticut, our everything hurts

Good morning CT. Still at it with the desk/gaming/home office setup.

 

Anybody else that came from a full size truck miss it? Every once in a while the itch starts to creep back up, just don't want the rest of the headaches it comes with.

@Johnny balls only one I miss is my 96 extended cab 5 speed Cummins. Had that for 16 years then went to a 15 Hemi 1500. Only miss the Hemi when going on a long trip.or towing/hauling something.

 

I’ve actually been wishing I could afford to go from my Tacoma to an f150 5.0. The size sounds nice although I haven’t had a full size crew cab before

I have 90% of the stuff for my desk build so I'll be doing that for the rest of the week.

I also found the missing shims. They must have been stuck between the center console and seat and with driving around, they made it to the floor and I found them.
Odd, because I know I had them with the rest of the parts on the work bench.

Getting out of work on time today, might actually have time to wash the car or maybe the truck.

 

I did my interior the other day when it was over 50* ! My kinda winter.

 

I'm a snowmobiling fanatic so I'm not liking this winter (or last) but when life gives you lemons......

 

Worked on a car that had 45,000 on it. Looked like 145,000.

 

I feel like I have seen everything now. On my way home, saw a Celica with ditch lights. To each their own, I guess.

 

Yesterday I bought some wood stove firebricks at Tractor Supply. I bought the Redstone brand - didn't see these:

 

Jackman, Maine?

 

If you wait long enough...every trend comes back around...

 

I think, in my humble opinion having been a WRC aficionado for some time but then not really following it as much because coverage kinda "fell" out of TV, that is one of if not the most iconic WRC cars EVER.

 

It's definitely top 3 (as a subie fan boy )
